The Riviera Nayarit

This year, the Riviera Nayarit Half Marathon is celebrating its 10th anniversary in Nuevo Vallarta  and you can be a part of this huge celebration that brings together runners of all levels and nationalities.

Every November for ten years, the Riviera Nayarit Half Marathon and 10K has brought runners from every corner of the world to Puerto Vallarta. The athletes enjoy the opportunity to tour the main streets of Riviera Nayarit and the best-known tourist developments in the area such as Nuevo Vallarta, Flamingos and El Tigre golf course. Not to forget enjoying the scenery, the beautiful fall climate and the kind warmth of hundreds of cheering spectators.

The Riviera Nayarit race consists of two categories, ten kilometers and a half marathon, awards for both for the women's and men's categories. Registration is open on the official website of the Riviera Nayarit Half Marathon and 10K 2018. It should be noted that this event is supported by the International Marathon and Road Racing Association (AIMS) and as such runners can expect a professional, chip-timed and certified event.

Upon race registration, runners will receive an official dry-fit shirt, a race bib with number, hydration during the race, and a commemorative medal at the finish line.
