Rainbow

Pasta

The month of love has not ended so you can still surprise your partner with an original dinner. How about some Rainbow Pasta? Here we tell you how to make this original LGTB dish inspired by the colors of gay pride.

The secret ingredient to create this delight is the coloring. You will need to get food coloring but don’t buy every color, you can mix them to get all the ones you need.

The first thing to do is cook the pasta. To make enough for two, we recommend to use 240 grams of your preferred pasta. In a large sauce pan boil water with a little bit of salt, add the pasta when the water begins to bubble. It is very important for it to be al dente.

While you wait for the pasta to be cooked, put water in separate bowls or plastic bags and add the coloring of your choice. Once the pasta is cooked, place it in the separate bowls. Wait between 10 and 15 minutes for it to absorb the color and then drain.

Ready! Your pasta is colored, now you need to add your favorite ingredients like: mushrooms, parmesan cheese, chicken, olives, broccoli, cherry tomatoes or whatever you like. Use your imagination and surprise that special person.

Do not forget to try the delights available at Mantamar Beach Club Bar & Grill. Our chefs have designed a special menu for you to enjoy your stay in Puerto Vallarta.
